March Madness: The Experiment

As a writing experiment, I’m posting some of my first “real” novel, MARCH MADNESS, for your reading enjoyment. Please reach out and let me know what you think. Feel free to pass along to readers you think might enjoy a cozy mystery.

BLURB:

Nathalie “March” Sanderson–March to her friends–has yet to make any friends since moving to Chicago three weeks ago. Then, she does the stupidest of stupid things: she jumps in front of a bullet meant for none other than “Big Tony” Gasconi, THE local mafia boss. Now, the cops, the mafia, and all manner of people are interested in what this high school English teacher was doing helping out a mob boss, while March just wants to finish unpacking and to decide if the detective on her case is cute enough to belie her decree to NEVER DATE COPS. Then, as situations become even more dire, and body parts start appearing in boxes on her doorstep, our intrepid heroine decides to do some sleuthing of her own to figure out what, exactly, is going on.
