Trying to get back to some kind of routine, Gentle Reader, which soothes my OCD and makes it easier for me to deal with my brain. I’ve been out of sorts for the past few weeks (as discussed in so many previous entries) and not really coping. At all. I make a to-do list every day, and just fail miserably at it.
So today, I am going to try to do five things on my to-do list, including virtual yoga at 10. We will see if I can ease this problem into submission.
