Pretty apropos with flying during a pandemic. Everyone has been lovely so far. Unfortunately our flight to Atlanta has broken air conditioning and even when it came back on it was too hot for it to do much good. I was dripping sweat!
Found a fancy little bistro in the international terminal and sat and ate good food and had delicious coffee. Much better than fighting the crowds at the food court. Worth every penny.
At the gate and I have already met two of my students and several of the others in different classes!! We are all on the same flight. Seeing students grounded me. This is really happening. It’s not just a dream!!!
